POP3 Connector for Exchange Server

QSS Exchange Connector seamlessly integrates POP3 mailboxes with Microsoft Exchange by downloading mail from POP3 mailboxes and delivering the messages to the appropriate Exchange mailboxes. QSS Exchange Connector is simple to configure, yet a flexible, high-performance, reliable and affordable POP3 connector.

Full support for modern versions of Exchange: 2019, 2016, 2013 and 2010. QSS Exchange Connector can be installed on Windows Server 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012 R2, 2012 and 2008 R2 with SP1 (including Small Business Server 2011 with SP1).

Mail can be also delivered to Exchange 2007, 2003 or older versions of SBS by installation on a separate machine to Exchange, running Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer, including Windows Essentials Server.

Messages sent to different recipients but stored in a single POP3 mailbox can be routed to the correct Exchange recipient via the Automatic Recipient Detection feature. QSS Exchange Connector analyzes the To, Cc and Bcc headers, as well as custom headers, for flexible recipient routing and compatibility with any POP3 server.

POP3 mailboxes can also be statically mapped to one or more Exchange recipients. Supported Exchange recipients include mailboxes, distribution groups and mail-enabled contacts.

Messages are delivered using SMTP and the POP3 connector is totally transparent to Exchange, ensuring full compatibility with built-in anti-spam and anti-virus filters, and fully-integrated third-party filters, as well as all Exchange server-side rules. SSL/TLS Security: POP3 & SMTP

Also known as POP over SSL/TLS, Secure POP allows encrypted communications with POP3 servers, greatly enhancing security. Secure POP is necessary to communicate with GMail and many other mail services. Secure SMTP is also supported ensuring end-to-end security from the POP3 server to Exchange. TLS 1.2 is fully supported.

The central Management Console makes managing a large number of mailboxes a breeze. Service status and alerts are provided at a glance. Trigger an immediate POP3 download using the Download Now button, or use the Server Message Viewer tool to inspect a particular POP3 mailbox for troubleshooting.

Flexible download schedule
1 to 60 minute interval

The download interval can be configured as low as 1 minute (or as high as 60 minutes). Multiple mailboxes are downloaded simultaneously, up to the specified outbound connection limit. Messages can be left on the POP3 server for up to 60 days. It is also possible to download only during specified hours, to save bandwidth during off-peak times.

Runs as a background service which automatically starts with Windows. Comprehensive logging and error-reporting are built in.
